4th Annual NCEG Conference and Workshop 2003
**New Pictures of Conference Below Announcement

The Conference was held in the Humanities Building B of the California College of Arts and Crafts (C.C.A.C.) at the Oakland campus.
The NCEG conference, over Martin Luther King Jr.. holiday weekend, has been a great way for members and non-members to meet each other and catch up on the latest in the world of enameling.
This one day event featured talks and demonstrations about torch-fired enamel beads, filigree plique-a-jour, and cold connections as a way to fabricate metal for enameling.
The conference provided an opportunity to buy, sell, or trade enameling and metalworking tools and supplies. Coral Shaffer from Seattle, who gave a workshop following the conference, was on hand during the conference to show and sell supplies in her persona as the owner of Enamelwork Supply.
After the conference there was a group dinner at Café Rustica on College Ave.
